October, 2008 Dear Ministry Partner, We have a tradition of providing special Thanksgiving sets of groceries to low income families within our community. Last year, with your help, we had enough food and gift certificates to provide for 123 families. In order to meet the ever growing demand, we are asking for your help again. This year our goal is to assist more than 175 families for Thanksgiving. Many of you have participated with us in the past by providing groceries and/or $20 gift certificates for perishable items and for that we are extremely thankful. We ask that you prayerfully consider how you can help us provide a “holiday hand up” to many hurting families this year. In order to help us plan, we ask that you call us at 899-0196 on or before October 27 th to discuss your interest and level of participation for this year’s holiday program. We can also set-up and schedule a time for your delivery. All grocery sets, additional food items and certificates should be delivered to WARM on November 17th in order to allow time for distribution to the families in need. Again we thank you for your past support. We look forward to your partnership this holiday season and ask that you keep us in your prayers as we continue to reach out and provide compassionate assistance to families in our community.
