A representative from the Outreach Team of Mid-Ohio Food Collective will be at WARM to assist individuals with:

• Determining eligibility for Medicaid
• Applying for Medicaid
• Submitting documentation for renewals
• Verifications and household changes
• Applying for other assistance programs and benefits
