    • Bridge Skills Training and Support

We know many individuals benefit from baseline training to improve their hard and/or soft skills.

Examples of hard skills are computer training, fundamental math, or language assistance. Soft skills are aligned with social behaviors, like work ethics, communications, and teamwork.

Employers expect potential employees to have strong baseline bridge skills. The Way2Work program can help you get started.

    • Career Exploration and Certification

Job candidates may wish to explore ways they can improve their standards and move beyond their current qualifications and wages.
Exploring career opportunities and/or certification programs can provide the insight needed to propel people forward.

The Way2Work program offers presentations and guidance that can lead you to valuable careers.

    • Employment Support and Coaching

Our employment coaches generally have backgrounds in HR, recruiting, and job assistance. They can assist you in career discussions, resume development, job search techniques, interviewing support, training suggestions, and general encouragement.

They become your advocates, advisors, and cheerleaders. Coaches help guide and prepare you for your next job.
